Link Home Inspections is owned and operated by Colin Poncelet, a Professional Home Inspector with certification from the Canadian Institute of Home Inspectors (CIHI) and member of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).

Qualifications and Professional Experience:

Worked in the construction field for the past 16 years.
Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber with Gas-Fitting license.
Extensive experience in residential and commercial plumbing and HVAC (heating, air conditioning, and ventilation).
Ability to identify quality construction, through past coordination and direct involvement with various sub-trades, such as carpentry and electrical.
Involved in every aspect of a build through career from apprenticeship to project management, and most recently business ownership.

A Message from Colin:

I am a father of two kids and a proud home owner. I distinctly remember the day I bought my own home. It was a huge decision, exciting but also stressful. But one of the best experiences through the whole process was the home inspection. It really helped me feel confident with my purchase.
